How the Feathers Ambassador Program Works

How It Works – The Simple Version!

Sign Up: Complete the quick online registration form → you’ll instantly receive your unique Ambassador Name.

Spread the Word: Invite friends and past clients to our Scottsdale Airpark Showroom. Remind them to mention your Ambassador Name at checkout for their 20% discount on their first showroom floor purchase!

We Track Everything: Purchases are automatically linked to your Ambassador account when your Ambassador Name is mentioned. (Pre-existing customers or those tied to another Ambassador are excluded.)

Get Paid Quarterly: Choose either Store Credit (higher rewards %) or Cash Back (lower rewards %) when you sign-up. Payouts are made every quarter based on verified referral spend.

Keep Referring, Keep Earning: No limits — the more you refer, the more you earn!

Everyone is welcome—interior designers, real estate professionals, custom home builders, trade partners, influencers, and delighted customers alike.

Please note: Ambassadors cannot earn rewards on their own purchases or on projects for their own clients.

Our Ambassador Program is designed to be fun, effortless, and mutually rewarding. Simply complete the online sign-up, and we’ll handle the rest. Most referral purchases qualify toward the program; however, we encourage you to review the Terms & Conditions for full details.

Important: Referral discounts and rewards can only be applied at the time of purchase. We’re unable to add credits or discounts retroactively.

STEP 1 — Join the Program

Become a Feathers Ambassador by completing our quick Online Registration Form. As soon as you’re enrolled in our complimentary program, you’ll receive a confirmation email welcoming you in. There is never any ongoing work needed on your end to remain active in the program, however you may exit the program at any time by contacting [email protected].

STEP 2 — Share the Beauty

Invite your past clients, friends, and design-loving connections to explore the Feathers Fine Custom Furnishings Showroom in the Scottsdale Airpark.

Remind them to mention your unique Ambassador Name at checkout to enjoy an exclusive 20% savings on any showroom floor item (valid on their first purchase only).

A friendly reminder: Ambassador credit must be applied at the time of sale. We’re unable to adjust orders after a purchase has been completed.

STEP 3 — Watch Your Rewards Grow

Each time a referral mentions your Ambassador Name, their purchase is linked to your Ambassador Account in our accounting system—allowing your rewards to build automatically. As an Ambassador, you can contact [email protected] at any point to obtain a current accumulation amount of your rewards.

(Please note: Rewards cannot be applied if the client is already a Feathers customer or affiliated with another Ambassador.)

STEP 4 — Enjoy Quarterly Benefits

Our Accounting Team reviews and reconciles all Ambassador sales at the end of each quarter.

• If you selected Store Credit, it will be added directly to your Feathers account.
• If you selected Cash Back, a check will be prepared for you and ready for pickup 30 days after the quarter closes.

Once all reconciliations are complete, The Feathers Accounting Team will communicate accumulated rewards to each Ambassador Program Member via email. As your referrals furnish their spaces, you’ll automatically move up through our Ambassador Tiers, unlocking elevated reward percentages.

STEP 5 — Keep Earning, Effortlessly

Continue referring clients and continue enjoying the perks. Your Ambassador Tier never resets—once you’ve achieved a tier, all future payouts remain at that enhanced reward level. If at any point you have a question, please feel free to contact [email protected]. Our goal is to ensure the process is easy, understandable and most of all rewarding for our Feathers Ambassadors!

If three of your referrals spend a combined $175,000 in our showroom and you’ve selected Store Credit, you would earn $8,563 in Feathers Store Credit. If you chose Cash Back, your payout would be $4,750.
